Our shipping method is UPS Ground. Please allow 10-14 days for shipping. You will be notified by email if any items are on backorder or are discontinued by our suppliers. We are no longer maintaining backorders with Porsche. If you place an order for an item and it is on backorder, we will notify you and take that item off your order and take that item off our website. Otherwise, be sure to login and check your order status. At this time, we cannot expedite an order in less than 7 days.
We ship within the USA (50 states) ONLY. We do not ship internationally or to US provinces. Also, UPS will not deliver to an APO, FPO, or PO Box. Please call if you are sending to military overseas. Hawaii customers will have to pay cost of UPS Air, and while UPS now offers UPS Ground shipping to parts of Alaska, it is still quite expensive.
When a 'FREE SHIPPING' Promotion is in place, shipment to customer via UPS Ground is free when order exceeds the promotional amount. Because of the cost of shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, customers in these two states will not receive full 'free shipping' during this promotion. We will contact the customer to defray some of the shipping cost. If customer purchases large, heavy parts that require freight charges, we will be in contact with the customer to defray part of the freight cost, but we will not ship for free.
Return Policy:
Returns are allowed for defective or damaged items only.
If you
return an item that is not damaged or defective, we may credit your
account for the selling price less a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges will be
allowed for clothing sizes, if available, but customer is responsible for any incurred
shipping costs. Returns for merchandise and parts must be received in original packaging and free of greasy fingerprints. Items must be able to be resold as brand new. There will be no refunds if these conditions are not met. In order to return a
product, customer must contact us at 800-648-4061 or email us within 10
days of receiving the item. Sending products back not in the original packaging or without contacting us, and your name, phone number, and a copy of receipt are not included in the return package, may result in not being refunded. All shipments are insured.
All freight claims for damaged packages must be settled with UPS before
refunds or replacements will be issued.
